The PPE Team is proud to have teamed up with Howard S. Wright Construction and Northwest Precast to help build a new mixed-use, high-rise in downtown Portland. The new 35-story building will become Portland's fifth-tallest structure comprising of condos, a Ritz Carlton Hotel, office space, event & retail and parking.

Our scope of work on this project was the installation of 731 unique precast pieces from Northwest Precast. The precast pieces were finished in a white granite, geometrical design. Precision hoisting & rigging were used throughout precast installation. Hoisting was provided by an onsite tower crane and NessCampbell Crane provided a 130 ton Link-Belt  crane and a 15 ton carry deck to assist in tripping and rotating the panels for installation.

Most of our work was performed at night while other trades were offsite. The site was challenging, working in the busy downtown of Portland. Our scope was completed safely and on time!
