In this instance, the owner wanted all pieces manufactured by a certain deadline, but didn’t realize that his aggressive schedule would actually delay the completion date. Once we were able to align the owner’s goals with the project goals, things sped up considerably. And thanks in part to our efficient installation of more than 4,500 precast pieces (along with our effective client management), the hotel is set to open ahead of schedule.
