We couldn’t even take cell phones on site without a special pass. This building was one of our largest sealant jobs to date, and the use of colored concrete also complicated the work. Colored pieces are very hard to repair (and replacing them is not a good option), so while we always are meticulous when performing an installation, this required an even greater level of care. The distinct structure was designed to consolidate the bureau’s Portland-area resources under one roof.
