Go Mustangs!!! Prosser High School is located in Prosser, Washington along the Yakima river and in the heart of dryland wheat country. This project consisted of Precast and Structural Steel installation including 588 Pieces of 8” Hollow core, 81 Pieces of 12” Hollow core, 64 solid precast walls and 290 insulated precast wall panels. The General Contractor was Chervenell Construction and the Precast was manufactured by Knife River Prestress and installed by PPE along with the structural steel where it supported the precast units in the administration and Classroom corridor. Two cranes were used on this project due to the size of select precast panels. Cranes were provided by Rhodes Crane & Rigging. This project presented unique challenges in the way of logistics and scheduling however PPE was able to work around these challenges which resulted in a successful installation.
