Located in the Granary District of Columbia Falls, MT. The PPE Team erected the precast garages at the base of The Silo's housing. This new development began construction the spring of 2022 with an anticipated completion by the end of 2022. Future plans include a restaurant situated on top of the old grain silos! This project was another collaboration with our frequent client Missoula Concrete.  Missoula Concrete provided 470 precast pieces: columns, hollow core, inverted tee beams and insulated walls. Our GC client on this project was Ruis Construction. Harmon Crane provided a 90-ton crane for hoisting the precast pieces.
