The PPE Team erected the precast garages at the base of The Woodlands retirement community in Kalispell, MT. This new development was constructed over three phases: Phase 1 Spruce Tower Spring 2019, Phase 2 Birch Tower Spring 2020 and Phase 3 Ponderosa and Willow Towers Spring 2022.

This project was another collaboration with our frequent client Missoula Concrete.  Missoula Concrete provided 1296 precast pieces: columns, hollow core, inverted tee beams and solid walls. Our GC client on this project was Hammerquist Casalegno. Harmon Crane provided a 100-ton crane for hoisting the precast pieces.
