The PPE Team is proud to have erected the precast and steel structure for the new Knife River Prestress plant located outside of Spokane Washington that is scheduled to begin production Q3/2022. The new plant will feature the latest industry technology, enclosed batching and 185,000 SF of indoor controlled space. Our team was onsite from December 2021 through June 2022 to complete the precast and steel erection.

Our GC partner on this project was PA-PO Industrial Systems. Rhodes Crane provided a Liebherr 300-ton crane for hoisting the precast and a Linkbelt 75-ton crane for the steel erection.
